My journey began as a lab technician for a bio-technology company in California. While working my way through college, I enrolled in an accounting course and was instantly captivated. It just clicked! So, I changed my major and earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Eastern Oregon University.

Over the years, I've gained invaluable experience in both the private and public sectors of business. I obtained my CPA while working for a regional accounting firm, where I specialized in business taxes and was a vital member of the Client Advisory Service Team.

Prior to founding KM Collaborative, I spent a decade in the finance departments of several companies in different industries learning every aspect, from cost accounting, A/P, budgeting and customized reporting. This included executive management roles in Finance, most notably for an emerging e-commerce subscription business that achieved Inc. 5000's fastest-growing company status for multiple years in a row. As a key member of the team during the early stages of growth, I played a crucial role in building the foundation from the ground up. This included implementing machinery automation and a complex ERP system, among other things.

In 2022, my husband and I co-founded Kennedy Morgan Group to combine our passions for business, finance, and real estate. Our goal is to collaborate with like-minded investors, business owners, and entrepreneurs.
